Conceptualize & Planning
You're great at getting things done but don't know where to start or what to do about a design concept. You may have a color scheme or theme but need help taking your ideas to the next level. This package is suited for the do-it-yourself client.
We're here to assist you with finding and coordinating locations, vendors, theme fruition, centerpiece conception, table setting, supply lists, graphics and more.

We will be taking your theme details and creating an elevated experience while dressing your space. We offer 3 fixed plans and can also customize add on options to your ensure all visions are met. Detailed plans listed below.

CURATE IT
All Inclusive Coordinating & Styling
Sit back, relax and just show up! We will take care of all coordination, planning and execution. From the venue and food to theme and set up. Just let us know the event type and any ideas in mind and we will produce an exceptional day for you.

To book this package, it will require an in person consultation. The initial phone consult is free. The Curate It consultation is $50.

DECORATE IT
The Decorate It package has 3 different fixed plans. All plans are listed at the starting price with the base items included. Dining and drinkware included are acrylic or hard plastic. You may make your event as extravagant as you like, customizable add on packages can be created to further expand your vision. Some items we may allow to be substituted for another enhancement but discounts are not provided for not using an item included in the plan. If you would like to custom build a smaller plan or simply need materials, please inquire under our Plan It package. They are all priced to include planning, set up, labor, and break down. *We do not host the events. All events require at minimum 3 hours for setting up. Convenience fees may apply if the set up window is smaller, as we will have to hire additional staff. We do travel outside of the standard service area, additional travel fees will apply.
Each event plan's starting price is based to cover up to 30 guests. For additional guests, it is $50 for each additional 8 guests.

Solid linen or satin table cloths, napkins and runners, basic seat covers (white, black, ivory), themed centerpieces, dinner plates, secondary plate, cutlery, drinkware , treat table decoration, welcome sign, one basic backdrop.
DELUXE

Solid linen or satin table cloths, napkins and runners, basic seat covers (white, black, ivory), dinner plates, secondary plates, chargers, cutlery, drinkware, treat table decoration, welcome sign, 1 basic and 1 themed curtain backdrop, head table decoration, dessert/cake plates, paper napkins, 1 specialty add on, theme menu insert or name cards (wood laser cut + $1 per person) **(We do not provide cakes/treats)
DIAMOND

CHILD PARTIES
Starting at $400
This specialty plan is designed for small children's parties and cover up to 16 seated guests. For larger guest counts, please refer to the Decorate It plan. We can set up at a variety of venues or at home. Some indoor event establishments do allow tables to be dressed, if cleared we are able to provide services.
We will provide table linens, chair covers and sashes, plates, solid chargers, cups, cutlery, napkins, name settings, balloon bouquet or garland, themed props, dessert or gift table set up, thank you treats and backdrop.
(Some dinner or drinkware may be paper or plastic)
TABLE SERVICE
This specialty offering is for those who only need centerpieces and formal dining settings.
